NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on July 17, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 004684 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BRIAN BRAINARD AND AIMEE M. BRAINARD, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 8, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1786, 34TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2913 RUFUS ROAD, NORTH PORT, FL 34288 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
