NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated July 1, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-001347, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOHN KEVIN O'BANNON; MICHAEL RYAN O'BANNON A/K/A RYAN O'BANNON; KYLE BRENT O'BANNON A/K/A BRENT O'BANNON, are defendants. Kevin Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, WEDGEWOOD A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 31,
TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
