NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2024 and entered in Case No. 22-005918-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Trustee and Beneficiaries under the Helen E. Robertson Trust dated July 8, 1992, Theresa Wiltshire, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Tampa Bay, Florida Inc., a/k/a SPCA of Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2024 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
