PARCEL ONE: THE DEBORAH HOUSE, UNIT NO. 2, SITUATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE DEBORAH HOUSE APARTMENT BUILDING OF SEA BREEZE WEST APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, AT PAGES 88 THROUGH 102 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEA BREEZE WEST APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 330, AT PAGE 379, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL TWO: AN UNDIVIDED ONE SEVENTIETH (1/70TH) INTEREST, AS TENANT IN COMMON, IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND/OR THE COMMON PROPERTY OF SAID SEA BREEZE WEST APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM.

200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite # 102, Naples, FL 34112-5324, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
