NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been filed against you by Plaintiff on the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 6-102, Alden Woods at Lely Resort, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4326, page 3390, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your Answer and any written defenses to Kristie P. Mace, Esquire, 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, thirty (30) days from and after the First Date of Publication and to file your Original Answer with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Collier County, Florida either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment, Injunctive Relief and Monetary Damages.
