NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, on August 6, 2024, and Florida Statutes Chapter 45, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, on September 19, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the first floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described real property:
Condominium Unit 203, Building 8, of THE HAMPTONS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 929, Pages 811 through 958, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended by subsequent amendments filed in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and specifically by Amendment recorded in O.R. Book 962, Page 1182, which submits Phase 8 to the Condominium form of ownership.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
