of Sunset Cove Resort and Suites Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, recorded December 16, 2004, in Official Records Book 3698, Page 2185 and subsequent amendments, if any, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Note is hereby given that on September 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl. 34112-5324 the Clerk of Court, Collier County, Florida, will offer for sale the above described WEEKS/PARCELS.
The aforesaid sales will be made pursuant to the final judgments of foreclosure as to the above listed counts, respectively, in Civil Action No. 11-2023-CA-003236-0001
