NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on July 24, 2024 and entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-000852-0001-XX in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 COTTAGE-TT-V is the Plaintiff and HANSEL BATISTA, is the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in
the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324, on September 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D-106, ABBEY ON THE LAKE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1588, PAGE 1751, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1230 YESICA ANN CIR, D-106, NAPLES, FL 34110 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
