NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 24-001717-CI on August 1, 2024, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Great River Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff, and Internal Revenue Service, the Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of September 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 4 of ISLAND VIEW, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4993, Pages 228 through 269, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Page 45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with the right to use Boat Slip No. 5.; Garage No. 4 and Storage Unit No. 4.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
