Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 23-009062-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit Number 224, Patriot Square Condominium Apartments, Section 2, as per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4043, Page 936, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Page(S) 46 through 48, together with any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on September 19, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
