NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 01, 2024, and entered in 20-005167-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MEB LOAN TRUST IV, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and KEATHEL CHAUNCEY, ESQ., AS TRUSTEE ONLY UNDER THE 124 LOBLOLLY COURT LAND TRUST; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSS E. WILLMAN, DECEASED; MICHAEL WILLMAN; MARK WILLMAN; DOUGLAS WILLMAN; FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 03, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C, GARDENS OF FOREST LAKE, BLDG 14, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS/CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE(S) 41-48, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECALRATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
