1. This will serve as statutory notice per Florida Statute 49.08 that CHEAP HOME FINDERS, INC, has filed suit against you in Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit seeking relief under an action to quiet title to real property that exceeds $15,000.00 in value located in Polk County, Florida.
2. The matter has been assigned case number 532024CA002704. It is pending before Judge MICHAEL PATRICK MCDANIEL.
3. The description for the real property involved in the litigation is:
East 35 feet of Lot 5, Block 2, LE ROY PARK according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 19, Public Records of Polk County, Florida
