AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ALL PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, OF THE GREENPOINT MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT TRUST, PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2000-3, Plaintiff and EDWIN M.
