NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2023CA002556CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE TERWIN MICRO ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2007-SF1 is Plaintiff and Tax Deed Investments LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1723, Regency Park, Unit Eleven, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 74, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
