Lanter, Charlene E. Lanter, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Consuela Jones, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the September 6, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
