NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-000186 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for STARM Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Dennis Lundy a/k/a Dennis L. Lundy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 28, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 12, GRAND HAMPTON, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 286 THROUGH 303, INCLUSIVE, OF TILE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
