NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-CA-002624 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Stephania L. Graham, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Grace Eileen Sellers are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 17, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LYING AND BEING LOCATED IN THE CITY OF TAMPA, COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA; ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND KNOWN AS:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, OF PLAZA TERRACE UNIT #3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
