YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien has been commenced on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit No. 17 of VIEUX CARRÉ CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3034, Page 123, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 75, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
A/K/A 4463 Vieux Carre Circle, Tampa, FL 33613
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on Westerman Law, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 360 Central Ave., #800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
