NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-001358 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-1, Is Plaintiff And Lillian Zufelt A/K/A Lillian A. Zufelt; Unknown Spouse Of Lillian Zufelt A/K/A Lillian A. Zufelt; Lawrence W. N. Zufelt; Unknown Spouse Of Lawrence W. N. Zufelt; Hillsborough County, Florida,, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of September, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
