NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2023-CC-023184 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Bayfront Building Corporation, is Plaintiff and Impact Capital Real Estate, LLC and Urban Core Legacy, LLC are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Esq. Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 16th day of September, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
