NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2021, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-002542 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Andres Leon Bustamante A/K/A Andres L. Bustamante A/K/A Andres Bustamante; Ana Moreira A/K/A Ana Matilde Moreira-Ramirez; Cach, Llc; Railroad And Industrial Federal Credit Union, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of September, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND THE NORTH 23.5 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 1, A RESUBDIVISION OF HIGHLAND TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
