NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 2023-CA-012814 on April 11, 2024, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Letta Enterprises, L.L.C., Plaintiff, and Madeline Farms, LLC and Traci Menge, collectively, the Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17h day of September 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 244 feet of the West 100 feet of the East 268 feet of the West 582 feet of the South 924 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 30 East, all lying and being Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
