NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 20, 2024, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 23-CA-016354, wherein GITSIT SOLUTIONS LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERTRUDE NAGLE, DECEASED, SANDRA E. CANNON, RENE JOSEPH NAGLE, ROBERT GRIMSHAW, JR., LINDA GRIMSHAW, JENNIFER LYNN NAGLE, RICKY LEE NAGLE, RANDY JOSEPH GRIMSHAW, SAMANTHA JO JONES F/K/A SAMANTHA NAGLE, BILLY JOE JACKSON, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF FLORIDA, TREVOR NILES HOWLAND, PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC, UNISTATES CREDIT AGENCY, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF METRIS BANK, FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS, II, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF CHASE CARD SERVICES, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., ROBIN MORALES-PEREZ F.U.B.O, NATHAN MARTIN, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, KAIN CARES LP, LIDIA JIBODH, NTI CONDO 1 LLC, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, T.D. BANK USA, NA, SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SHERIFF`S OFFICE and LVNV FUNDING LLC are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on September 24, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOT 76 OF REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 42 AND 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 50 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND LESS ALL THAT PART LYING SOUTH OF A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND 1500 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE ROAD SHOWN ON SAID PLAT AS CROSSING SAID LOT 76 AND SOMETIMES KNOWN AS THE ROAD SEPARATING SAID LOTS 76 AND 76-A.
