and more commonly known as 19535 Galleon Point Drive, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 (hereinafter “Property”).
will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale by the Lee County Clerk of Court, electronically online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on September 19, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
