NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 12th day of August, 2024, in Civil Action No.2024-CA-2246, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which REINALDO JEAN CHARLES, DESTINY A JEAN CHARLES, TRUIST BANK, a North Carolina Banking Institution, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN on behalf of THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, an agency of the United States of America, SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 7th of November, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
