NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 29, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-006572-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff and Charmain Dawn Ross Hopkins a/k/a Charmain Dawn Hunter a/k/a Charmain Dawn Ross a/k/a Charmain Dawn Hunter a/k/a Charmain Dawn Ross, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 1303, Building 13, Venetia Country Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14909, Page 1961, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
