YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Other Relief Without Dependent or Minor Children has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on KERYA L. KOEUT, ESQUIRE, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 5625 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, on or before 28 Days after 1st Publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pinellas County Clerk of Court, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
Copies of all Court documents in this case, including Orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of Circuit Court's Office notified of your current address.
