NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 52-2023-CA-006981 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, Successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM1, is the Plaintiff and John A. Bermudez, Lisa Bermudez, Manning Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 18, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 22, BLOCK 1, MANNING OAKS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
