NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-007844-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Mortgage Assets Management, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Enid K. Tolmie, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Kathleen Tolmie, Elizabeth Caplan, Victoria Tolmie, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 17, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 33, BLOCK 5, SKYVIEW TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 29-31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
