NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2023, and entered in 2022CA003801000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and JANNIFER CHRISTIAN PIERRE FRANCOIS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAKE CHRISTIAN, DECEASED; JANNIFER CHRISTIAN PIERRE FRANCOIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THEODORA BARNETT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
