NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Vacating Order Authorizing Sale of Property dated August 22, 2024, entered in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-000012-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 8, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Order Vacating Order Authorizing Sale of Property, to-wit:

Book 787, Pages 852-853, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
