The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2023-001165CC, THE TREETOPS AT RANGER POINT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., vs. DAMIEN DALTON.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
