IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 12TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a civil action has been initiated in the 12TH Judicial Court of Manatee County regarding a personal injury claim. This Notice of Action is filed pursuant to Florida Statutes § 49.011.
Details of the Action:
1. Nature of the Action: This action arises from a personal injury claim resulting from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 12, 2023, in the city of Palmetto within Manatee County.
2. Date of Incident: Date of the accident was on July 12, 2023.
3. Filing Date: This complaint was filed on May 20, 2024.
4. Response Deadline: September 6, 2024.
Summary of the Claims:
Plaintiff asserts all claims against the Defendant for auto negligence found in the complaint filed on May 20, 2024. A copy of the said complaint is attached to this Notice of Action as “Exhibit A.” Additionally, a Nonmilitary Affidavit is attached to this Notice of Action as “Exhibit” B.
As a direct, proximate and foreseeable result of the negligence of the Defendant, CHIOMA IHEANYI NDUKWE, Plaintiff, BEYERLY JEAN WILLIAMS BOSTIC, suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, incurred expenses of hospitalization, medical, chiropractic and nursing care and treatment, loss of earnings, loss of ability to earn money and aggravation of a previously existing condition, disease or physical defect. BEYERLY JEAN WILLIAMS BOSTIC's losses are either permanent or continuing and Plaintiff will suffer the losses in the future.
Relief Sought:
Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages, costs, as well as any other relief deemed appropriate by the Court.
