Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 26, 2024 in the above-styled Case Number 2023 CA 005435 SC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot 234, PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 2, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 29, 29A through 29I, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Property address: 1227 Silver Lake Ct., Venice, FL 34285 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on September 17, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
