Unit 3, Building 5112-B, of Washington Square Townhomes Condominiums, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4217, Page(s) 145, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Commonly referred to as: 5112 E. Temple Heights Road, unit B, Tampa, Florida 33617.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash at 10 a.m., on the 4th day of October 2024.
