YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 185 as shown on Condominium plat of PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 46 through 48, corrected by affidavit filed in Official Records Book 4557, Page 2036, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed June 19, 1973 in Official Records Book 4043, pages 936 through 979, amended in Official Records Book 4813 1 Pages 682 and 683 and in Official Records Book 4909, Pages 1633 to 1641, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. (“Property”)

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, Patriot Square Condominium Association of St. Petersburg Florida v. Chester A. Babcock III, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
