City of Dunedin RFQ No. 2382 DOUGLAS AVENUE AT GRANT STREET ADA RAMP AND CROSSWALK
The City of Dunedin (the “City”) is seeking quotes for the construction of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible ramp and patterned pavement crosswalk at the northwest corner of Douglas Avenue and Monroe Street to the northeast corner of Grant Street, Dunedin, FL. This project is funded under Project # 112001, Account # 134-1716-559-056201-OU.
The work consists of concrete curb and brick pavers removal, construction of an accessible ADA curb ramp, replacement of the removed brick pavers to new grade elevations, installation of a single patterned pavement crosswalk including pavement markings, signage and striping, and miscellaneous associated tasks. The work is to be completed according to specifications included in this document and the contract drawings.
Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this Request for Quote (RFQ) are instructed to submit their submittal on the forms provided herein, pertinent to this project, prior to 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 1, 2024, via DemandStar or emailed to the below email as follows. Submittals shall be clearly marked:

RFQ documents and technical specifications for this project are available from DemandStar at (800) 711-1712; www.demandstar.com. Vendors who obtain specifications and plans from sources other than DemandStar are cautioned that the RFQ package may be incomplete. The City may not accept incomplete Quotes. The deadline to submit all questions, inquiries, or requests concerning interpretations, clarification, or additional information pertaining to this RFQ is Friday, September 20, 2024.
Respondents are encouraged to communicate any questions regarding this RFQ by the deadline stated above. Questions should be sent in writing via email to [email protected]. An addendum posted to https://www.demandstar.com will communicate questions and answers to all respondents. The City reserves the right to modify this schedule at any time.
