Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12/2/2024, in Case No.: 2024CA001561CAAXES of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein UNION PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY DUMAS, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11 :00 a.m., at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 1/21/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 5, Block 6, UNION PARK PHASE 6D & 6E, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 103 through 106, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
