NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 412024CA000547CAAXMA in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and MARY JANETH HERNANDEZ BURGOIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BENITO PLACA are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on January 8, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
