Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-004756-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 11407-1, Building 5, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page(s) 106, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that Certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5206, Page 1985 as amended in Official Records Book 9912, Page 108, Official Records Bock 10598, Page 995, and Official Records Book 11483, Page 308, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any other amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property Address: 11407 3rd Street North, Unit 1, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2025. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
