NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22, 2024 and entered in Case No. 22-003280-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and David Lowell Fisher, Earl E. Ritch, Settlor and Trustee of the Earl E. Ritch Trust dated August 10, 2001 is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 19, 2024 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 150 feet of the West 150 feet of Lot 8. PINELLAS GROVES being in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 30 S, Range 15 E, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55. of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Less that portion lying within 72 feet of the Survey line of State Road No. 688 and Beginning at the NW corner of the NE 1/4of Section 11, Township 30 S, Range 15 E, and run thence South along the said 1/4 of Section line 183.0 feet for Point of Beginning; from the Point of Beginning thus established, run thence South 89°40'43' East. 150.0 feet: thence North to the Southeast corner of property conveyed by Clerk's Instrument No. 997364, records of Pinellas County. Florida: run thence along the southern boundary of property conveyed by Instrument No. 997364 West a distance of 150.0 feet: thence South along the said 1/4 section line to Point of Beginning.
