NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on November 15, 2024 and entered in Case No. 21-001519-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF IGLOO SERIES V TRUST is Plaintiff's Assignee, and JOAN OSTROM, is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, SIRMONS HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 914 CHESTER DRIVE, CLEARWATER, FL 33756 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
