NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2024 entered in Case No. 24-001785-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein ROBERTA BOYD, TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERTA BOYD REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 8, 2005, is the Plaintiff(s) and WELLS HOLDINGS LLC, a Florida limited liability company; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of January, 2025 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, J. W. Steven's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
