NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 18, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 24-001377-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EF MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff and ANDREWS PARTNERS OF FLORIDA LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; BARRY R. ANDREWS, an Individual; FTF LENDING, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AMANDA RATES are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 15, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
