NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19th of November 2024, in Case No. 22-004045-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, N & J DREAMS, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company; FELICIA ACOSTA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of December 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
