Lots 23 and 24, of Block 23, all in that certain subdivision known as Palmona Park Unit No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Plat Book 7, Pages 56 and 57, and in addition, the Southerly 20 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block 23, Palmona Park Unit No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Plat Book 7, Pages 56 and 57.

has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy on or before January 6, 2025 upon Vestalia Aylsworth, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12307 SW 143rd Ln, Miami, FL 33186-6026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
