NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 2, 2024 and entered in Case No. 24-CC-4333 of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Villagewalk of Bonita Springs Homeowners' Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Colleen Meckstroth, United States of America o/b/o Internal Revenue Services, and Marc L. Shapiro, P.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AMon the 9 day of January 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 309, VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS PHASE, I, according to the plat recorded at Plat Book 79, Pages 32 through 50, inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
