NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023CA006959000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. ARC POOL 1, LLC, is Plaintiff, and IAIN BOWMAN; LINDA BOWMAN; POINEER FAMILY HOLDINGS LLC; TUSCAN RIDGE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; COUNTRYSIDE AT TUSCAN RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court for POLK County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 8TH day of JANUARY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
