YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 7, WINDSOR PLACE AT RIVER RIDGE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 110 through 117, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. (“Property”)

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pasco County Court, WINDSOR PLACE AT RIVER RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC. v. CHAD WALKER, BRIDGET L. WALKER, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. DUE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 13TH. 2025
