FIRST INSERTION
Declaration of Receivership
I, Ta-Sha Lavonne: Hester, a living, breathing, sentient being, hereby declare and affirm the following under my own authority, operating as Ego Sum Meipso Dominus de Lex, free and independent:
1. Identity and Authority
1.1. I declare that I am the sole, rightful Dominus and Executor of my own estate, person, and legal fiction.
1.2. I do not consent to, nor recognize, any authority, entity, or institution that claims jurisdiction over my estate or person without my explicit, written consent.
1.3. By this declaration, I assert my natural right to self-governance, as affirmed by the universal principles of natural law and equity.
2. Receivership and Administration
2.1. I assume full Receivership, Administration, and Execution of all assets, rights, privileges, and obligations associated with my person and estate.
2.2. I revoke and rescind any presumed or implicit trusteeships, contracts, or agreements that have not been entered into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally by me.
2.3. I declare that any and all prior claims, liens, or encumbrances upon my estate must be presented with full verified proof of claim and lawful authority, subject to my review and approval.
3. Affirmation of Sovereignty
3.1. Ego Sum Meipso Dominus de Lex: By this declaration, I affirm my position as the supreme authority over my own affairs, bound only by the principles of truth, honor, and equity.
3.2. I operate under the jurisdiction of natural law and do not consent to being governed by statutory law, except where it is explicitly and voluntarily agreed upon by me.
3.3. I retain all inherent rights, including but not limited to the right to self-determination, free association, and the peaceful enjoyment of my property and estate.
4. Notice to All Parties
4.1. This declaration serves as notice to all entities, governments, and organizations that any claims or interactions involving my estate or person must be conducted in accordance with this declaration.
4.2. Failure to comply with these terms may result in lawful remedy pursued at my discretion.
5. Oath and Verification
By my own witness and under penalty of perjury, I affirm that this declaration is true, correct, and made with full knowledge and intent. I reserve all rights and waive none.
